Lovely Cataplana and an amazing view!

The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the town and the beach are very beautiful because the rest is 1 star. We made an advance reservation for 4 people but we still waited 15 minutes. Then, when we FINALLY had our table, they gave us a table exposed to the cold of the night (the night was very cloudy with A LOT of winds) something that particularly revolted me as I had a cold and a cough, something that exposed to the wind could worsen. It took them 15 minutes to give us a horrible table. Then they told us to wait....
More than 15 minutes had passed again. We came at 8:00 pm and it was 9:07 pm and we still didn't have a decent table until I got angry when I saw two people who had barely arrived being served in seconds. I had to leave. It was probably the WORST service at a restaurant in the Sintra area. Yes, I didn't eat the food but I also know people who ate it and were more disappointed than I already am. The worst part is that it was a special day for us. I also noticed a small sign that said that if we arrive just 5 MINUTES late, they will remove our table. In other words, if we consumers arrive 5 minutes late it's the end of the world but if they take 1 hour, is that normal? I only have one thing to say: 1 STAR FOR THIS RESTAURANT

5 star experience, the food was perfect and the service was friendly.

Two diners went for dinner, we ordered grilled octopus and lube and shrimp risotto. Both dishes couldn't be better, exquisite. The treatment was wonderful from everyone, from the reception to the waiters, especially Vlad, an excellent professional. We will repeat without a doubt. Totally recommended.

We can only speak for the area below the restaurant, i.e. the outdoor area... It's really nice to sit there, the service staff were also very friendly and the food (we only had a snack of burgers and fries) was surprisingly good!
However, there are deductions for the unspeakable music that was so incredibly loud and ruined the actually chilled feeling of the location! That was a real shame, otherwise we would have ordered more and stayed longer!
The women's toilets were also really bad... you couldn't close the doors and they were very narrow!

The restaurant has spectacular views. Without a doubt, you pay a premium for the location because, even though the product is quality, its cost is above the market. It is worth visiting but be careful with the bill

The location of the restaurant is spectacular as well as its views. The treatment of the waiters is good. The product is of quality but we believe that the prices are exorbitant. In Portugal you can eat the same quality at a much lower price. You clearly pay for the location.

Beautiful place, wonderful view. Service leaves something to be desired, I wanted to eat a fish but for that it would have to be a fish weighing almost 2kg, for two people it would be a bit excessive. The waiter didn't give us any option, so we ended up eating a steak that was very well prepared.
