We were able to walk to this really lovely little village from our Pousada. It consisted of a bar, mostly local men and the really nice snack bar, mostly for the local ladies and visitors, like ourselves. We only had a couple of beers and a couple of glasses of wine but the location in the centre of the village was so quaint, quiet and friendly.
