De kamers hier zijn erg schoon en je kunt gebruik maken van alle faciliteiten. Buiten hebben ze een zwembad en terras. Elke kamer heeft een aparte badkamer en toilet. Er is airconditioning en tv in kamers, extra toilet papier, en handdoeken. Voor de rest deel je de keuken met anderen. Je kunt er zelf koken als je wilt, de keuken is uitgerust met een magnetron, keramische kookplaat en oven. Koelkast/ijskast. Broodrooster, warm/koud water en een waterkoker. Al met al goede kamers
Helaas kreeg ik geen antwoord op mijn vraag via sms noch via bellen. Ik heb geen eigenaar gezien behalve 2 x de schoonmakers. Eerste dag was een vriendelijke vrouw en de tweede dag was een onvriendelijke jongeman.

Safety: Alle deuren hebben een slot waardoor je je lekker veilig voelt. Mensen zijn erg aardig en relaxed. Gebruik de vertaler op je telefoon want sommige spreken alleen Potugees
Walkability: Het is gelegen in een mooi dorp
Food & drinks: Wij kopen en koken alles zelf. Soms gaan we naar een restaurant

My stay was 2 nights in room 3 - Areal, so I'm going to talk about it. The room had comfortable and clean bedding, however the pillows were too soft and not very comfortable. There were a lot of details, not only in the room but throughout the house, that portray the old days, since it is called "Casa Velha" I think the owners portrayed the theme very well. It has a kitchen (common area) with fridge, microwave, toaster and Nespresso capsule machine (the owners were kind enough to leave capsules and chocolates). Not suitable for preparing meals but for breakfast or heating food it works perfectly. The bathroom was outside the room and despite being small, there was nothing missing, there was also a heater outside the shower, a good detail that I have never seen in other accommodations. Parking was a challenge, I always had to leave the car a little far away, luckily it wasn't raining. The only thing missing I think

Beautiful panorama from the ramparts. Church was closed but the cafe was open - good coffee served. Lots of picturesque photo ops.
