“The best steak in town! Try their namesake steak, or the pepper steak, they are the best!! The service is always an experience. They love to treat you like an old friend, and we bring friends here all the time and never had anything less than an awesome time. Lazarus (spelling) has served us a half dozen times and loves having me try, and get better, at my Portuguese. He, along with the other host, are hands down the best hosts ever!!!!
Parking: Right up front.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp up front.“

“I'm a bit disappointed.
The service here was exceptional and I started with a very good cold soup which was followed by a very average recommendation by the waiter of pork chops. As it was recommended, I was expecting it to be really good, instead it was uncharactered generic dish which really missed the Azorerne "pineapple" to give it some interest.
The prices were quite high which added to the disappointment.
Overall it felt like the place has not decided what it is, the service and prices are high end but the food is quite low end.“

“My girlfriend ordered the steak (medium), which was still very raw at one point. I wanted the mixed salad with tuna, but I think I got the starter tuna salad. You could have asked about this, as it was a bit small, despite the additional French fries.
The service was very unfriendly.“

“Very nice lunch with sea view on Almoxarife beach.
We had a fairly good slice of swordfish and skewers of calamari and prawns which were a bit tasteless. Very generous portions.
Quick service and courteous staff.
Overall good value for money by Azorean standards.“

“Definitively a nice place to visit when in Pico. The view is fantastic, you can see the beauty of the ocean while enjoying a drink. The service is pretty good, though it can get slow . Our waitress was polite but seemed not interested. Food is good, but not great.“

“Very interesting themed decoration that tells the story of Mr. Genuíno's travels.Incredibly tasty meat.French fries were frozen - which disappointed me when you pay more than €23 for a steak with just one side. However, the kitchen agreed to swap the potatoes for sweet potatoes (suggestion - switch to homemade fries).Very nice view of the bay, however the windows were not clean.Quality-price ratio... Very expensive.“

“We revisited this restaurant, which stands out for its small and tasty chicken. With a large terrace and indoor room, it easily accommodates groups. We were attended to by Lucas who was always very friendly, attentive and available.
A restaurant that is a meal and that is part of the tradition when we visit this area!“
