very good food, excellent service. Unfortunately it was empty so no atmosphere but that's not their fault! I would recommend taking warm clothes, the place was freezing.

Our 6th time here, a favorite restaurant with excellent and consistent Portuguese/European inspired food, service and experience. Best couverts, entradas and several fish and meat entres, each fresh, beautiful prepared and delicious. Incredible homemade desserts. Manager Eddy, Chef Juan, Juan C, Bruno and Caria highly attentive in all ways making each visit remarkable......

Everything was good, however the bar was not working, so we've got only wine drinks but some of our guest want to try aguardente and other drinks... The rest was good, the food is good.

Amazing food… beautifully presented with great flavour. I had read that menu was limited but it was plentiful with meat, fish and vegatarian choices. The Sea Bream and Crusted lamb mains were amazing as was the scallops starter.

Great place to have a peace moment. See view and really good food. We had: - fish soup - cheese with port wine - octopus risotto with clams - chef surprise for desert I must tell you it was the best soup, cheese and risotto ever. Really really good!!!!

Very relaxing and inviting restaurant, next to the ocean with spectacular views and best sunsets, delicious food, fish, meats and pasta choices, tasty dessert options! Eddy the Manager, service people, chef and kitchen all on the same page for a great experience. We will be back many times.

My wife and myself have spent a week at the hotel and have eaten in the restaurant every evening. Every night we both chose different meats and fish dishes and were not disappointed. I would highly recommend you pay a visit when visiting the island. The service and the attention to detail was of the highest quality.

The location is great: view of the sea to the west, which means you get to enjoy the sunset to the fullest. Almost, because the windows were not very clean. Food was tasty, but could have been better: meat was of poor quality (lots of tendons in the sirloin steak), and the medium rare fish was fully cooked. Wine selection was good and tasty.

We went last night for dinner. It’s a formal, but not stuffy environment in a traditionally furnished Quinta. The service was friendly and very helpful. The food was beautifully presented and tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will return.
Eddy was very attentive and informative on food options and wine, especially fish and wine regions. Angela was also gracious and attentive. Cannot wait to go back, including best sunset view

We were staying at the hotel so we decided to try the restaurant. The staff are very friendly, as there are throughout the hotel. What Humberto doesn't know about the wine isn't worth knowing. The food was very good. It's quite a formal atmosphere but worth a visit.

This fine dining restaurant set in the Quinta is in a lovely setting and provides a nice ambience to dine in. Having booked for an anniversary dinner we had hoped for a nicer table than the one offered in the middle of the room but saved by the offer of a window table in the smaller dining room. Menu isn’t dramatic but contains enough of a choice to suit most diners. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Starters were very good with the prawn dish being the star. We had a problem with the mains. Wife asked for the beef rare…..it arrived well edged to medium and was chewy. The duck was fine although the fat wasn’t rendered well enough to eat. Beef dish went back with me left to eat my dish on my own. Why they didn’t ask if I wanted mine kept warm so we could eat together I don’t know! We skipped desert. Sadly not as enjoyable as we hoped…
