I don't recommend it at all, terrible service, I placed the order and tried it through Uber, when I used the application I don't know what happened, the same order was made in error, it took minutes until I asked Uber for assistance to cancel it, while there was no response From Uber, I called the restaurant and explained the situation where they told me that the order would only be canceled by the Uber team and that the order had already left the store for all intents and purposes, which was an excuse so as not to miss another order.In addition to ignoring what I was asking to cancel, it had been a mistake.The order, as they said, had already been sent out at the time of the call at 7:52 pm, when I only received the order it was 9:02 pm.A shame!!!!They don't care about customers or customer orders.

I thought about giving it 2 stars because the dessert was good, but...In short: my wife and I were forced to choose a menu without any alternative (I'll explain why), with slow service and an extremely expensive price for a dinner that left a lot to be desired in terms of flavor, choices and quantity promised, a quantity that was not even true.The lady who served us said that there would be 60 pieces for 50 euros, with drinks and desserts included. Everything was right except the sushi.I made our reservation in the morning and they assured me over the phone that they had a vegetarian option through the combos available. When we arrived, they didn't let us choose a combo - we were forced to order the much more expensive Valentine's Day menu, which in itself was bizarre and was never mentioned over the phone. I had to mention that I am vegetarian, which seems to have caught them off guard, despite having already said it over the phone.After confirming with the management, they told us that they would bring us half of the dinner with vegetarian items (my wife doesn't have a preference), so we decided to try it.The initial service was somewhat slow, and of the 60 pieces promised, they brought us just under 40, including the starters. Of that amount, only 12 were vegetarian choices, so that's all I could eat. We thought there was still another dish missing, but after waiting for a long time (they gave priority to takeaways), they asked us if we wanted dessert. So we asked where the rest of the sushi was, and the lady said that the starters already accounted for 60 pieces, but that still didn't give the right amount.We waited for dessert for half an hour, and only then did they tell us that they no longer had vanilla. But I'll be honest - unlike the sushi, which wasn't anything special even in terms of flavor, the dessert was actually very good. It just didn't save the rest of the service, especially for 50 euros.

Yesterday for the first time I decided to order sushi for home delivery from this restaurant. As for the delivery everything went well, the driver was kind and punctual but when I opened the boxes with the sushi I wanted to cry. The sashimi and salmon gunkan smelled so bad of spoiled fish that I didn't eat them. The roll was passable as was the shrimp tempura but still nothing special. Never again. Yet I had read the reviews before ordering..
