“Encomendámos para comer em casa um combinado de 30 peças, um temaki de salmão e Philadelphia, um tártaro de salmão e um poke bowl green com tofu frito.
O primeiro sinal positivo foi logo o tempo. Iria demorar uns 30 minutos, o que significa que tudo foi preparado na hora, algo que pudemos testemunhar.
O temaki estava divinal, o tártaro fresco e cítrico, e o poke maravilhoso com o tofu ainda morno. O combinado é maioritariamente com salmão (tinha apenas umas fatias de atum no sashimi), mas embora simples foi muito bem elaborado, o arroz bem cozinhado e tudo muito fresco.
O Sushi Hora é daqueles sítios que merecem a nota alta, e para um sítio desta comida japonesa é sempre óptimo podermos fazer take away ou delivery, sempre com opção de comer na casa. Definitivamente a revisitar!“
