If you see these reviews, believe me that they are worth a lifetime, the food doesn't taste like anything because people who order say it takes 45 minutes to arrive, when after 1 hour and 20 minutes they don't even know how to tell us an estimate of when the pizza might arrive, It's the next one to leave but it was the next one to leave 10 minutes ago, but time passes, the service is really terrible and there are always delays and mistakes, order from Dominos and in 30 minutes you'll have everything at home and with much less problems

I try to place an order on the website and the error occurs 10 minutes before, I call 5 minutes before midnight and they don't accept orders. They have to change the closing time to 10:30 am.
The employee who answered the cell phone has no idea what customer service is.

I have a 5 year old child constantly asking when the pizza is coming and I have no way of telling him that the people who work at the pizzeria are incompetent. I had to go and heat up some leftover food and make an omelet in a hurry to give it to the child because it's time to sleep instead of waiting for a pizza.

Today I went to Corroios Telepizza, the worst service I've seen, I was going to have dinner with my family when I asked for information about the menus and prices, not even the employee knew what to say, he spoke in half words and when I asked for a pizza with 5 ingredients I still I was on the 4th ingredient he tells me there are only 5, what is there still 1 left right?They don't even ask if we want a drink, dessert, etc., which is normal in a service I think.The store was empty, there was only one family behind me and I had more than 15 minutes trying to place the order, I asked several questions and he just shrugged his shoulders!!If the employee is new then they cannot be alone to assist as this makes it difficult.Until I gave up when several employees were already looking at the screen without saying anything and I went to another place for dinner where I received very good service.I will never go in again, that's why this restaurant is always empty!!!

I entered the Telepizza restaurant in Corroios, to have lunch with my family. I went to the counter to ring a bell to be answered, because the employees were all in the pantry talking and laughing.I was attended to by an employee who handed me a torn and dirty leaflet. I took it to the table where my family was so we could choose.The employee did not come to the table, and as we wanted to order, my husband had to ring again at the counter for someone to come and take our order.Prepayment was made without any additional suggestions to what we had chosen.The employee did not clean the table, did not place trays or dividers, she simply placed paper cups, napkins, cards for the pizza slices and the respective pizzas on the tray on the table.He went back inside to the conversation that could be heard where we were sitting.We had just finished having lunch and unfortunately we noticed that next to us there was a cockroach on the floor that was already dead and with some insects around it, which leads us to think that it had been there for some time, but that also makes sense because the entire floor of the restaurant was filthy.I am a Telepizza customer in other restaurants and in addition to always being well served and the establishments being clean, it is regrettable that the restaurant closest to me is no longer a choice for me and my family because the people who work there lack pride. and prefer to stay in the conversation.We left the restaurant without anyone noticing because they remained inside the pantry. I didn't eat any sebremesa or drink a coffee because I had already paid and I didn't want to bother going to complain directly to the employee.They lose customers like that and maybe that was why the restaurant was completely empty.

I went to dinner with my family one of these days, and at the place we were attended by a young man who was very unwilling to attend and provide adequate service, and in the living room there was a TV broadcasting games with the sound very loud.I do not recommend and will not return, I prefer to spend my time and money in a decent place where my family and I feel comfortable. They need to put more people to work, and provide training for employees.

They have the wrong address on the internet site and on the mail. We have to search the right telepizza for like 30 minutes, because they have two different telepizza in Almada.That’s why my pizza is cold and that’s not all, they give me the wrong pizza.
