An authentic robbery! When we asked for the invoice we didn't even know why we paid 106.00 euros for tickets which would certainly be much less anywhere else. Invoice not detailed. Experience not to be repeated

WILL NOT
A steal!!!!
They do not show menus or an itemized bill, just the total amount.
It remains to be seen whether they didn't get what they wanted for each dish.
At the time I had no reaction, I paid and "ran away". Poor food. 6 people 154 euros
I come here to warn you because unfortunately many will do like me, they will make the mistake because there is no advertising for this restaurant and then they look and see only terrible reviews.

The worst experience in recent years. The waiter presented the dishes without showing a menu/menu with the prices, the first sign of distrust. The preparation of dishes as banal as possible. The surprise for 3 starters and two dishes....€77. the invoice not even without itemizing the items.
It's passing by without looking back.

To avoid, as soon as you see the sign you have to
see it, save yourself, a guaranteed scam, both in the plate and in the price €92 for 2 with a 1/2 pitcher of red, without lobster and lobster, classic starter, of course without dessert and coffee.
We weren't the only ones angry

An experience not to be repeated, an authentic robbery was the feeling with which I left this establishment, we were passing through and as it was already around 1:30 pm we chose to stop instead of going to Covilhã, the menu was written on a notepad, and was read by the employee, they put half of the mountain cheese and cottage cheese with pumpkin jam on the table, they even suggested potato pataniscas which after coming to the table we realized were from last week, luckily I had the good sense to send the half cheese back. , we ordered oven-roasted chicken, cod with cream and a salad, the food wasn't bad, coffee for both of us and a dessert, we drank 3 imperials, and when we asked for the bill I even shuddered, 69 euros and some more! Not to be repeated, an authentic robbery considering what we ate, the amount charged was indecent, €19 for a small platter of cod, €16 for half a chicken accompanied by fries. I don't recommend it, nor will I return...

Very expensive, if they put plates of food you have not ordered in front of you, refuse or you will end up with a very large bill.

Rude and unfriendly staff. We were just entering and they were already talking badly to the group. We didn't get to consume it due to the poor reception given to us.

The dislike of those who have a monopoly. Very poor service. Go there, but don't go in a hurry (even after waiting half an hour). You have to take care of the customers (who are the ones staying - the others are riff-raff).I am not coming back.

Being the only restaurant available for lunch I went to this restaurant, it's a shame I didn't read the reviews before going to this establishment...a place with everything it needed to be excellent but it ended up being a disappointment.Where to start... the menu written on a notepad and dictated by the employee, the starters brought without being asked and without mentioning the price, the service was even quick for the number of people there. The food itself wasn't bad at all, a Feijoca dish where 80% was beans with a reduced dose of rice. After spending an interminable amount of time until an employee realized she had finished... having asked her from afar if she wanted dessert or coffee, when she replied no and that she just wanted the bill, she indicated that it was only at the counter, that is, without before having access to the price of what they had consumed. At the counter there were the handwritten orders, when it was my turn the surprised employee asked if I had consumed starters, as apparently they were not in the order, out of "stupidity" and out of honesty he said that he had consumed some of the cheese and some slices of ham.Surprise of surprises at the end, the modest sum of €39.50, a price that in other places for the same meal would have eaten 2 people at their leisure. The icing on the cake was an "invoice" with the description "Meal" without any indication of the price of each thing.Experience not to be repeated.

Amazing experience. We ended up in this space as it was the only one in the area that had empty seats, in fact, at the time we arrived, all the seats were empty. Television showing news with good sound quality echoing through the magnificent empty room. We had barely settled in and were already being treated to some starters, bread and fried food from the previous week. Luckily we just opted for the Christmas Eve ham and the most famous cheese in the region. The service could be said to be quick, in addition to there being no one else to serve, the microwave proved to be quite efficient for two orders made "à la mano" instead of the famous "carte". The menu was presented in a rustic way, on a notepad, and dictated, with excellent intonation by the charismatic employee. I don't think it's necessary to talk about the old turkey and the nervous wild boar lasagna that we enjoyed and now the moment everyone has been waiting for arrives. As there was no menu, the amount of the loss was also a surprise, and it was in fact a huge surprise. More specifically, 69 euros as a surprise, which to our amazement continued to be a surprise since the invoice was not detailed. Bread and starters, two dishes, two drinks and two coffees, and the ever-present surprise factor were worth 69 euros. So unforgettable that we will never return.
