I've been going to this establishment for years and I always choose grilled meat from the various options available. Always well served, good accompaniments and friendly staff. I recommend.
Visiting the beautiful and peaceful Vila de Coruche, I came to have lunch at Sabores de Coruche, a restaurant located just outside and with private parking.
The reservation was made in advance and thankfully, it is a restaurant that fills up quickly.
I started with a basket of good bread (wheat, rye and corn), olives and two tasty meat balls. For the main course I ordered a dose of the suggestions of the day, Brava Veal Cheeks in the Pan accompanied by Potatoes...

If you like grilled dishes and typical Alentejo homemade food, I recommend this restaurant. Efficient and attentive service, adjusted prices and portions, delicious and varied starters and desserts. Wine list with a wide choice and the water is bottled, no filtered tap water. Easy parking, next to the roundabout to Coruche.
