If they have a closed kitchen, they inform them at the entrance in bold letters so as not to mislead customers. It is noted that there is a lack of employees and good management. I'm sorry, I had great experiences here in the past (2 years ago). I'm sorry, I came to Café do Mar (next to side) and had a wonderful experience.

The food leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered toast with avocado and egg, something hard to go wrong ? but the seasoning was very strange, it took away all the lightness of the dish and didn't go well with the egg. My fiancé ordered carnitas tacos and they were so salty he barely ate them. Very slow service, our drinks sat on the counter for so long while 3 waitresses were talking, that the bartender had to add more ice and stir again. We never managed to order a second drink. Whoever decided to put paper under the toast must have never cut sourdough. I must have eaten half the paper together.

The place is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful ocean view and a great vibe. I've been coming here for quite a while, even during the Covid days in 2021. Every visit makes me feel grateful to be living in Lisbon. However, I've noticed that the prices have gone up significantly lately. EUR 6.5 for an orange juice and EUR 5.5 for a beer that's not even a full pint seems a bit steep. On top of that, paying an extra EUR 10 for high-speed WiFi feels excessive. In the past, I could comfortably work here and enjoy a few things within a EUR 15 budget, but yesterday I spent EUR 15 just for one beer, one orange juice, and some shared fries with a friend.
I really love supporting local businesses, and I think you guys are doing a fantastic job, but the current pricing is starting to feel a bit unreasonable. It might explain why it's a bit quieter now during the week compared to last year. I hope this feedback is helpful, and that you consider adjusting the prices a little to make it more accessible again."
