Price went up and service is even worse than last year.
People (including us) leave the restaurant even before eating because the service is really bad : no eye contact from waiters, you order drinks and you get half of it waiting for the rest (that never came) and then you wait some more to get the bill… I don’t understand how this business survives with a service like that

I really like paradise a lot, the prices are lower than others next door and the quality is excellent and it has an air-conditioned space for winter days as well as an excellent playground for children in front.

Me and my partner sat down at the table and were given the menu however after that the waiters completely ignored us, there were 3 of them, we sat outside and it qasnt busy, we tried making eye contact to call them but either passed by or just didn't want to look at us, the one
Others were inside looking at their phones or doing whatever, that is really poor customer service without any will to work and do what you're supposed to be doing which is attend to your customers no matter their background, we are never setting foot here again and we will not recommend to our friends and family.

Terrible service and xenophobic treatment by the owner. Bad manners and unprofessional attitude. In addition to not returning to the place, I in no way recommend it.

We absolutely loved the sushi assortment we ordered (degustaçao do chef), every piece was delicious and the fish was great. This may be one of the most qualitative sushi restaurants of Costa da Caparica. We didn't enjoy the cocktails as much, but the waitress was great and the place is clean and gorgeous. We won't hesitate to come back
