We just got 2 portions of chips but the staff seemed completely uninterested. I don’t know was it because we spoke English but when we went to order, someone gave us a menu and just said “This is the English menu” and when I had said we just wanted to get chips, they seemed puzzled. The girl that was working on the till then barely looked at us, and the man that showed us the menu had told her we just wanted chips & when she gave me the card reader she put her hand over the contactless option and I had to insert my card which was fine. But the communication was bad & we felt very awkward and unwelcome. We sat outside and the man that gave us the menu looked out at us and it made us a bit uncomfortable. The chips were great and I would assume the burgers are great but in this instance we really didn’t feel welcomed.
