Although the food is good, the service is very disorganized, with not enough staff for the reservations they accept. Worse is providing information to the customer that the wait is due to lack of staff, after so many positive comments they leave with disappointment.
Had horrible service this year (twice in two months). The employees need to be taught that Portuguese people should be served as well as the tourists. Used to have great service. Nuno come back! You were the best server and always made everyone feel welcomed and happy.
