Worst steak I ever had. Can't even cut it with the knife.
The francesinha is worthless steak but looked like the sole of a shoe white label ingredients etc the bitoque only comes with potatoes or rice normally a bitoque comes with the 2 side dishes the juices come in a glass we didn't see the can open or wherever it comes from the juice they bring us we don't even receive prior notice from the employees about this, the rest the employees are attentive and available the atmosphere is fantastic

The owner, Mr Pontes, is one of the most arrogant and unfriendly people in the restaurant business!
I even used to go here quite often, after having the displeasure of interacting with this gentleman and having him put his face to mine to try to intimidate me, I will not return.
Refuse to allow the contact-less function on the payment terminal. When questioned, they evade the truth by saying that they are trying to get the system working before the summer, when in fact it has been working for over a year!
The rest of the team is friendly and the food is acceptable, but the management team is inedible!
It was also interesting to notice that none of the employees knew what "1000 islands sauce" was (which is a sauce made with mayonnaise and ketchup) nor could they explain what "mock lobster" was (which is a type of cake made with hake). .
AVOID ALL ESTABLISHMENTS "BY PONTES"
