Not to mention the waiting time which is completely ridiculous even when the restaurant is almost empty. There is something wrong with the team and they don't seem to want to know. This time I ordered a limited edition burger in the crispy version (chicken) at the drive, I get home, unwrap the burger and see that it's a beef burger, just with cheese and tomato. In addition to getting the meat wrong, it doesn't even have the element that is supposed to make the burger different. I call there and the employee tells me that the burger item is out of stock. So, they don't know how to tell you when the person is asking?? A team with a great lack of communication, training and friendliness. Lots of room for improvement.

Martins, could the other be as helpful, polite and friendly as M. Martins.
