TERRIBLE experience! Horrible service, super rude and unconcerned with the customer's well-being, especially from management. We placed an order and the correct one did not arrive and they were not available to resolve/bring new pieces of sushi as most restaurants tend to do. Apart from this, the quality of the sushi is not the best, too much sauce and the pieces are too big.Find someone else to go to, then thank me ?

Pretty decent sushi spot in Covilhã. Just ask for more traditional style sushi (without any sauces) and you're good to go.

Unfortunately it was a bad experience, ONLY because of the service... Upon arriving at the restaurant at 8:50 pm (there were 5 of us, 4 adults and a child) we went in and said good night to the waitress (a tall lady, a little blonde, older than than the other two women) I asked if there was a table available for 5 and her response was "The kitchen closes at *10:15 pm*, okay?" (RECORD THIS INFORMATION)Even with the rudeness, I said there was no problem, (after all, we were traveling to see the snow, the child was hungry and so were we) she didn't really like the idea that we were still going to have dinner, but I tried not to bother with the fact. .We sat down, ordered the rodízios, and the food was SPECTACULAR, there were two other women serving the tables (one who I believe is Indian and a Brazilian with dark hair) these two were very cordial and professional, we explained what was inside the rodízio , all with a lot of politeness and friendliness, and even after our reception wasn't the best, with the two women serving and the sushi tasty, we were forgetting what had happened. UNTIL...The information we had received at the entrance was that the kitchen closed at 10:15 pm, we were finishing dinner and at 9:52 pm I called the waitress to order the last thing we wanted on the table, it was 3 shrimp sushi, as we were RIGHT END, and unfortunately for me at 9:52 pm they were unable to place our last order as the kitchen WAS ALREADY CLOSED.Not to mention the fact that in the establishment's menu it was written that the kitchen closed at 10:30 pm... Anyway, despite the sushi and food being incredible, the service and this "confusion" with the schedules made us have a terrible experience at the restaurant. local.

Horrible service, restaurant owner keeps speeding you up. We ordered a rodizio and a combo at the table, they thought we were criminals, they kept coming to see if we weren't 'sharing' food, you have to repeat what you want 100 times because they don't want to serve it, and the rodizio is very limited, no temaki, no being able to choose nigiri, sushi, sashimi etc... The food is good, but the restaurant is horrible.
