We went to have a coffee at 2:30 pm and they said it wasn't possible and that we couldn't have a coffee, they recommended we go to another bar nearby. There were still people having lunch, but they didn't want to bring coffee. We went to see the place and to eat there another day in case we liked the place. But they lost some new customers.

The worst francesinha I've ever eaten in my entire life, with a sauce that looked like water with Knorr broth. This same sauce was used to drizzle on the lips of the people next to me. The service was mediocre, except for the friendliness of one guy. It's a waste that this restaurant with such a pleasant atmosphere has such poor service.
