We went around dinner time, 8:30 pm. We ordered the brunch menu, €12, which included a natural juice, granola, egg benedict and a pancake. Good price -quality-quantity. Unfortunately, there were no more natural juices available at the time we visited, which was the most negative point of the experience. There was also no opportunity to make more for us, unfortunately.
As for the answer, it's not true at all. All menus have undergone increases, some more than others. As for the brinner starters, we have burrata and beer shrimp and others that are charged separately. In other words, in addition to the €25, an additional €7.5 is charged per entrée, it all depends on what you eat!
