Food quite nice, but staff... especially owner! Rude with no idea of restaurant hospitality! Whipping plates away without asking. Bad uncomfortable atmosphere!

As soon as we arrived at the establishment, the lady who was welcoming us did not greet us immediately, but looked us up and down several times. Being an all-you-can-eat sushi, I would expect to have the container for the soy sauce on the table. If it wasn't there, we asked, to which the same lady replied "It's there, you can look for it". When we started eating, she kept staring at us continuously which contributed to a very heavy atmosphere. We also didn't have chopsticks, just cutlery, which is fine, but when we went to get it we didn't notice that there were two types of chopsticks, one with elastic and one without. We removed the one with the elastic because it seemed to be the only one there was, and we removed the elastic. The lady came to us saying that it was a lot of work to put the elastic back on, and that we shouldn't do this, in an uninviting tone. At the end of the meal, they took our plate away very early without asking if we had finished eating. The food itself was good but there wasn't much variety and little quantity, both things you don't want at a buffet. An experience not to be repeated.

We arrived for lunch at this restaurant at around 2:15 pm, the food was delicious but the choice was small, the drinks were very expensive. We had lunch in half an hour because the restaurant staff with all their appearance and actions (taking dishes off the table earlier than necessary and sweeping the floor with a broom) showed us that we already needed to leave, as lunch time ends at 15:00 .

Wow, incredible ?We have no idea what is wrong with the people putting negative reviews on here ?Mind you, the photos on here are dreadful. The photo of the menu is the take-away.The reality of dining here is an al a carte menu or the buffet.We chose the buffet at €14.50.Wow ?ExcellentNumerous choices of meat dishes, some spicy, some not. All cooked to perfection. Vegetable dishes likewise. The rice is especially light and fluffy.Then there are various sides, spring rolls, chicken legs, chips, coleslaw etc.Also various sauces including wasabi if you are feeling brave ?Then, dessert ?Fruit, tiramisu, jelly, ice cream ...So, yes, an experience that we would highly recommendAnd yes, my lovely wife had battered chicken with her jelly ?

I gave it one star because I couldn't find a way to give anything less than that.Honestly horrible, a heavy atmosphere where people don't feel at ease, they remove plates and cutlery from the table without even asking if we're finished or if we want to eat more. Poor service, I asked the waitress if there were any napkins and she threw them at me.They stay on top to see if the customer is eating more.First and last time. I came from Elvas to go for a walk, if I come back I'll see it again and it's one of the places I won't go to with my family

It’s a very small Asian restaurant. The food is just ok even though there wasn’t much variety. The staff wasn’t welcoming and the atmosphere wasn’t enjoyable as the television was on CMTV.
