My family and I have always been Meetat customers, and for us there is no better place in Covilhã to go and enjoy whatever the occasion! The atmosphere is cozy, and the owners and staff are the best!! I highly recommend everyone!

Good place to enjoy a burger. The only downside is that I ordered the XL burger and it was the same as the normal ones. Same size. The only difference is that it had lettuce. It's not worth ordering XL. Otherwise well. The potatoes are frozen and nothing surprising.

Yesterday I was very disappointed with the restaurant, I arrived tired from work and decided to place an order through Uber Eats. The restaurant accepted the order at 00:15, I waited and nothing came. At 1:25 the restaurant canceled the order and I waited 1 hour and was left alone. Overall, despite the price being higher than in other places, the restaurant has good food, but yesterday's situation really freaked me out. last time I tried. Think carefully before ordering delivery.Answer: I think it is legitimate for Uber not to have delivery drivers available. But I think the restaurant has a way to contact people or simply in the absence of delivery people not to accept the order. In any case, it is a lack of empathy and professionalism to leave a customer waiting for an entire hour then cancel the order without any justification or interaction with the customer, a lack of respect. Regarding Uber Eats, I evaluated it and received the answer that it was the responsibility of the establishment that CANCELED the order.
