The pizzas are good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I reserved tables a month in advance for a birthday, the week before I called to confirm and they hadn't taken my reservation, they made a new reservation at the back of the store. On the day of the party, I asked if they could move my tables and they said that if I waited about 30 minutes they could move them. I waited 1h30 with my guests, only to be told that they couldn't move me, that other people had preference for the table. In short, I found everything very confusing, orders took a long time to arrive, each employee gave me different information and in the end no one apologized or took responsibility for the error. Without a doubt, this was the last time I went to Telepizza Covilhã. And don't have a birthday party there, especially on Saturdays!
