Zé do Sporting (Restaurante Zé do Sporting)

Ordered the grilled salmon. Horrible!! Even the vegetables were yuck! Don't understand how one can mess that up, but anyway... Never experienced anything like it. Unfortunately can't give lower than a 1 star. Perhaps their specialty is meat (pork), fine, but then save yourself from bad reviews and ditch fish entirely from the menu!!

We are very satisfied. Good food and good service. We loved the terrace. For six with starter, main course, wine, drink and dessert we got it for 160 euros. I recommend this restaurant.

Very tasty food with the exception of the sirloin which was slightly salty for our opinion.
Very good service from Celio Sergio, friendly and very helpful.
Very nice decoration. We recommend it to anyone looking for a restaurant in the center of Covilhã.

Superior level of care. The space, recently renovated, is tasteful and pleasant, with good and discreet background music. The outdoor space is very comfortable and beautiful. The food is satisfactory and the price is adequate.

I was here for 3 days in a row, very well received, exemplary service, very good and varied food, I came back after 2 weeks. Here I am again for 3 days at lunch and dinner, also with my friends. I haven't felt so satisfied in a restaurant in a long time. I recommend. And at the end: The Panacota (this time there were 2!!!)

The guy was very attentive and the food was very good.

This is without a doubt one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at…
The menu has no information for people with allergies, luckily I asked because my husband is allergic to gluten and the sauce in his selected dish has gluten. We waited over 1h30 for our food, plus the “picanha” was served to us cold and impossible to chew, real chewing gum! Carne de porco a alentejena was tough and dry. The dishes were very tasteless and the bill was high. We paid way too much for what we ate. Catastrophic, this is the first and last time we have eaten in this restaurant. The only nice thing was the terrace.

We entered this restaurant, we had lunch under the vine arbor, so beautiful and very pleasant.
We were very well received by Céline and the boss.
Very cheerful and giving good advice.
We started with olives, country ham and cheese with a little quince jam...sooooo good.
Then my partner had “frango churrasco” and I had “arroz Valenciana”. We liked it and I'm sure the other dishes are just as good.
We finished with a delicious coffee.
Very good address, very well located, we will come back.

Weak steak, covered in a sauce that looked like cerelac.
When the meat is good, it doesn't need to be disguised with sauce.
