Amazing grouper and pork with clams. Delightful server. House white wine hit the spot. We ordered the olives , bread and sheep cheese.
We stayed in Sintra for three nights and this restaurant was the best meal we had. Food and service were both excellent. We would highly recommend.
Price quality related. by far the best restaurant around. The table grill is great. The picanha delicious, and the service great. Do not confuse O Labrador o rua 25 Avril in Cabriz ( sintra) with Lisboa.
Small place off the beaten path. We went about 1:30 on a Wednesday and there was us and a few locals. Service was excellent, menus in both English and Portuguese. We went with the steak on a stone (house special) and were not disappointed. The steak was fantastic and came with 4 different sauces. The dessert to try is their Sericaia: flour, eggs, milk, sugar and sprinkled with cinnamon. Such a simple recipe but sooo good. Not too sweet, like a pudding/flan texture. We tend to stay away from busy tourist places and find the local ones - this was one and so glad we stumbled across it
We had a great afternoon and leisurely lunch here. The pork and clams were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good value spot to watch a sleepy village.
I had diner with my family here and must admit I was quite surprised. Although the environment was quite odd (on a roundabout and nearly place to park) the staff was really friendly and helpfull. The steak on a stone was marvilous, really tender and full of flavour, wine was really good and prices were pretty low. I would recommend to go there!
