In a location a little far from the big cities, there is a space that I was introduced to due to the quality of its francesinha.With a different sauce than usual, but good, the francesinha really excels in the knowledge and quality of its ingredients.It also has a good list of beers.The “Flavors & Fábulas” concept is well thought out, with the wipes presenting, in addition to the menu, different fables.The space itself gives the idea that it was adapted from a cafe and at the time we went, lunch time, it was very noisy, making it a little uncomfortable.Even less positive note for the service. It started with good service and the francesinhas arrived relatively quickly at the table, but the sauce we ordered in the meantime seems to have been forgotten and we had to ask for it a second time (with the francesinha getting cold while we waited). For coffee then it was despair… a lot of time and no coffee. Another table was served and we had to ask for coffee again.This space with a tasty and quality francesinha deserved more attention to the service to be perfect. It's a note to take into account.
