I placed an order through the delivery app, and the restaurant accepted the order, mentioning that it would take 50 minutes. It's been 2 hours and I'm still waiting for the order. I called the restaurant and they told me that they didn't know if they could have my order ready, nor could they tell me what time it would be ready!I think it's a lack of respect for the customer, who spends money on their food and then can't ensure it is prepared. Horrible experience!
