I don't usually post negative reviews, but in this case I feel forced.They wanted to charge us 6 more drinks for the procedure of putting 1 or 2 more on the Ticket than those consumed, 5 Coca-Colas instead of the 3 consumed, 5 beers instead of 3, 2 waters instead of 1, and 2 Sumol instead Of 1, the nonsense was 15 euros more.The worst thing is to tell the waiter, he corrects it, gives you your money back and not a single sorry, nor an apology, it gives the impression of being something common, since the same thing happened at the next table.The service was horrible, slow, without paying attention to you and when they brought the plates they did not take the previous ones that were already empty.The golden cod with a burnt and cold flavor.They didn't have most of the desserts.Never to return.

It has been a while since we came but I have to say that this is not the O Carrascal that we knew. Bad service, like doing you a favor, bad food, cold and salty grilled chicken, totally cold lulas. For the starters we denied the olives and then they charged us for them on the bill. In short, to not return, which is undoubtedly what we will do.

I've known this house since I was a child, it still didn't have the refinement it has today and it's been broken for a few years now. The food has always been wonderful and continues to be. Today I went back for lunch and from the quick and efficient service, to the friendliness of all the employees, to the food, everything was wonderful. I don't understand the criticism, much less the bad criticism because the restaurant is frequented by Spanish people. I'm glad that's the case. They come to leave the money to Portugal. Food was ok, the staff was perfect, friendly, carring and were always anticipating our needs. BUT to start, the WC was as filthy as a pigfarm. There were no towels nor paper. The toilet had no water and no one seemed to care. But the worst was the management. I got married there and he was rude as. Starter an argument as we had no right to complain since we had payed nothing yet witch was a lie as we payed 500€up front. Do not, for the love of god, go there.

The food is good, but it takes a long time to bring it (almost 50 minutes) between one serving and another... They charge you for things you don't order. The toilets a disaster!I would not go back.
