An experience not to be repeated without a doubt. The owner's wife is rude, aggressive and unresponsive. After being confronted by differences in prices in the menus presented and in the final bill, something that is not legal as you may know, the owner's wife started shouting at us and acting in a surreal way, aggressive even to the point of knocking over things that were in on the table. The passivity of the manager and owner, when he saw his wife mistreating customers, tells me that it was not and will not be the last time. Fantastic food that is not worth it for the way they treat customers. They do not have a physical complaints book and the company cannot be found in the online complaints book. I don't advise it to anyone.

A lovely find, looked closed but so we tried it The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We had the Piranha for 2 people, came with chips, rice, black beans and fried banana. The meat is sliced at the table, taken back to the grill and sliced again. Perfect. There were a mix a locals and tourists giving the restaurant a good vibe.

great place to spend a dinner here. we were lucky to get in at 7:30pm as first guests without booking. Most of the tables were reserved. It was also a public holiday, so maybe that's the reason. we like their soup of the day, which was chicken soup with rice , chicken breast, onion, with an amazing touch of mint. I like it very much. The main courses we ordered were very generous. it was a fun night, and we also enjoyed a full house here.
I went with friends to try the place they recommended to us in Badajoz, and the experience was great. The service is close and very attentive, professional, very good atmosphere and the food, being Portugal, is always a guarantee of quality. In addition to the starters that are charged separately, we ordered picanha and grilled octopus. Everything was delicious, the meat was just right, juicy and tasty and the octopus was perfect. Without a doubt a great and very pleasant place to return and eat in Elvas. The staff speaks Spanish perfectly but an “obrigado” is always appreciated. ;) I recommend booking to go calmly.
