I think the thousands of positive reviews of the restaurant speak for themselves... it is, without a doubt, one of the best restaurants I've been to. The friendliness of the employees is also a point to highlight. Since my aged meat was slightly more done than I had requested, they quickly brought me more meat... I think this really shows the quality of this space which, above all, wants the customer to be satisfied. We were a group of 6 people, we all ordered aged meats and they were divine... The desserts are an authentic gastronomic experience... any one is good but I recommend the house sweet, and the flower vase dessert. If you opt for something less cloying, caramelized pineapple with mint ice cream is divine. The decoration of the space is beautiful, with references to various brands from ancient times. Make a reservation in time. It's quite busy, especially on the weekends. I went during the week for lunch, and there were only 2 tables of 2 people vacant.

We are a couple from Setúbal who, after not being able to find a table for lunch, decided to schedule dinner. And I'm glad we did!! What a gastronomic experience we had! From the starters, to the fillet mignon with tiger prawns and cod confit, ending with 2 fantastic desserts, flambéed pineapple with mint ice cream and chocolate cake with pink pepper and tangerine ice cream. And to this, adding the friendliness and attention dedicated from the owner to the staff, made our experience in this restaurant worthy of memory and of leaving our thanks and praise here. Very peculiar decoration that makes the space unique. And an excellent wine display. Many congratulations and thanks. We will certainly return

Driving from Evora to Coimbra we stopped here for lunch completely unaware of the experience we were about to have. To say this place was completely outstanding would be an understatement. 12 days in Portugal we have had some wonderful meals but this little gem provided the absolute best one. I wish I could eat here every day. We were treated like special family guests. When we left our bellies were full and our hearts happy.
