They removed the buffet-style food before the party ended, food that I paid for, which was left over and no one knows where it ended up. I bought 20 bottles of wine for my guests and when we were going to order wine, they charged again even though I told the person serving the wine that those bottles had already been paid for.

I booked my daughter's birthday dinner for April 20, 2024...I spoke to the owner and everything was agreed but unfortunately, and to my disappointment, the service provided was far below what was desired. We all know that this is a beach space but there are, in my opinion, some minimum requirements that must be met even if it is a kids' dinner (16/17 years old).
The space was not at all arranged for dinner, it was the kids who were arranging the tables as they were all separated, tables without tablecloths, without glasses, without cutlery...zero....Only after having me I went to the space twice with the kids there and after I got to work myself and asked where the tablecloths were and placed them on the tables, they were given the right to them. :-( Unfortunate.
As far as cups are concerned, they were given plastic cups and that was lucky!!!!
Let's not even talk about the food.... Hyper service, mega slow, as there was only one person in the kitchen... which resulted in a difference of at least 1 hour between the arrival of the first dish and the last... in other words, no They all ate at the same time... Tough meat, hamburgers, some too rare or too rare and completely burnt out (they looked like the sole of a shoe), steaks without eggs, some dishes with rice, others without rice.... In other words, I stood guard until all the kids were served to try to minimize the "damage". In the end, each kid paid €15.00 for this terrible service, which they didn't think was very funny!!!! Because their intention was not to pay!!!
The excuse given to me at the end was that 2 people were missing...hence the "confusion" but to be honest I didn't believe it...and...as they say in my country, those who don't have nails don't plays viola, it would have been preferable if they had been honest enough to say that they were not at all prepared to hold the dinner... and I would have looked for another place!!!
The space could work very well on sunsets, music afternoons... as long as it only involves serving drinks...
