They don't answer the phone, at all. Terrible service. Ordering from home from them is useless. If the order arrives, it arrives 1-2 hours late

its bk. its standard worldwide bk. oh, except for one thing. the language barrier with me and the ordering screen. with my 'long chicken' burger i managed to order a can of Monster and a soup. we both had usual bk food and it was all good.

40 min to get your order.The most “Fast” food ever?(not)Service speed is absolutely unacceptable.Paradox - that burger which i got after 40 min - was cold. ?♂️For last half-a-year there are complaints for speed of the service, complaints acknowledged - but there are no results

Avoid this place.Understaffed, ALWAYS slow and now save money by not having paper bags with handles! On this occasion my food fell on the floor when handed to me because the bags too thin and oil all over the food and they had to prepare everything again.Drive-in is always a disaster. You have to park your car because there are not enough staff to complete the order and they come out to bring your your food creating more delays inside.Staff are kind but zero management and it's a shame Ericeira wasted such a huge space for such a poorly staffed facility as Burger King.Whoever got the franchise in Portugal are thinking of profits but don't care about the customer. I imagine staff are paid a disgraceful salary and this must effect their motivation.A children's park would have been better in this location.

Well they do have an alternative to meat here and it is OK. Otherwise, if you desire fast food you can't go wrong here and the prices are low.
