It's been a long time since I've been to César, my favorite restaurant for special occasions. But yesterday I was very disappointed because we asked
1- do you realize that they were practically the nails, they were no longer than 2cm
2-thorn shrimp, without being able to remove the shell
3- seafood rice that came with cold parts and was half raw, contained some soft, flavorless prawns and the rest of the seafood was of poor quality
