We had a great meal. One Monk Fish rice and tune steak mains. Both were excellent. The service was great and I thought it was great value for money and top quality!

I came with 2 girls to have a small dinner maybe only starters because we didn’t know if we want eat more, first wanted to order wine and coffee,we have heard that we can’t drink coffee before eating dinner and that we HAVE to order main dish, we are travelling all over the world and it never happened I am so dissapointed, the staff/owner was rude.

Food Tastes are known to be different. The ordered herb butter was packaged, as you get at breakfast in the hotel. The rump steak was cut long ago into thin pieces and then fried. I know it differently, i.e. whole. This also explains why one was not asked how the meat should be fried (medium, rare, etc.). Perhaps I had a wrong expectation here. Service One felt like at a check-in. Fast food, after the meal came directly the dessert card. After we decided against a dessert came directly the bill and the payment device. Service not unfriendly, but also friendly, as I expect in a restaurant. Very short-tempered. Conclusion, who is in a hurry we helped here. Drinks There are only three small bottles of wine, otherwise only large ones. Open wines do not exist at all. Beer was good because it came from the bottle.

Don't eat in this place. We ordered fish and shrimp rice and the meat portion is shamefully poor. We struggled to find meat amidst the rice bowl.

The food is tasteless. Soup had no taste, fries were oily, no mayonnaise. Had crème brûlée as dessert but was also without any taste. Worst experience by far since a long time.

Had a great experience here with a group of friends. Half of the party are vegetarian, the choices were somewhat limited but there was at least one item for each course, and every vegetarian dish was outstanding.The restaurant was filled with locals and tourist. Great service, and atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

We didn't feel particularly welcome there, probably too early in the day. Please look elsewhere, there are good restaurants in Ericeira just a few meters away.

BEWARE! This place will scam you. We ordered 2 beers, 1 bread and 1 fish special. They delivered 2 fish specials and we told the waiter we only ordered 1 and the waiter responded it’s a “misunderstanding”. We received the bill for 2 full priced fish specials and when we asked the waiter to remove the extra fish special from the bill or give a discount for the “misunderstanding” he refused. Additionally, the fish special was double the price of any other fish on the menu despite it being a rather cheap fish. We paid the bill but informed the waiter we would be making a review to warn other tourists.

This was by far the worst service I have ever encountered. The food was mediocre, my friend found a bone in her potatoes, we ordered olive oil and vinegar 5 times before it came. I would NOT recommend!

Very famous restaurant in Ericeira. It is SO FAMOUS that I never managed to get a table or a reservation. Also was treated poorly when asking. During winter however they seem quite desperate to fill the tables up. That is the issue with places that prioritize tourists over their own community.
