My complaint concerns the negligence on the part of those responsible for the motorcycles used in deliveries.
The noise that the neighborhood has to put up with every time one of the motorbikes leaves and returns is simply ridiculous, not to say illegal.
This just shows that the management of this franchise is only interested in the money left by customers, not showing the slightest interest in the working conditions available to employees, particularly the maintenance of the motorbikes.

Yesterday, June 24th, I made a purchase via the app to be delivered to my home. I placed the order and paid at 8:07 pm, but it was only delivered at 8:57 pm, taking 50 minutes, and the food arrived almost cold. What's more, I paid €1.99 for shipping to be delivered to my home, but they still charged me €2.49 without my consent, without understanding why. Firstly, they take a long time and even charge me extra without my consent. I have already sent an email to find out why. But I am very unhappy with the situation.
