I booked a birthday dinner with 23 people at this restaurant on a Friday, after they confirmed that there was a buffet with live music on Fridays and Saturdays and that only during the rest of the week a minimum of 40 people were mandatory. The previous Sunday they called me and asked if I could change dinner to Saturday because the other table I had also booked had to cancel, and therefore, they would not open the restaurant for just 23 people but would call me by Tuesday to confirm if they had more reservations or no. Despite the friendliness of the people who spoke to me on the cell phone, I find it unacceptable, for a customer who is going to pay 600 and so euros to have to depend on whether the restaurant wants to open for them or not, given that they had already made the reservation previously and spoken to everyone The guests. On Tuesday they called me again to say that they had no appointments and that the dinner would be canceled. According to my ethics, this would not happen in my restaurant, even if the staff were reduced that day, the reservation was made. It will certainly be a place not to return to. I had to find another location at the last minute, and they certainly didn't mind opening a room for 23 people.
