Good restaurant, with good food, despite this the atmosphere is a little dead, probably due to the lack of movement.

Roadside and family restaurant lost in the middle of nowhere. The welcome is smiling and warm, just like the cuisine which is generous, simple and very good. It's good grandmother's cooking, simple and comforting. The service is super fast and efficient and the prices are incredibly honest and cheap.
The boss and lady who spoke a little French were adorable.

I was there this January '24 with my partner and son. Going to Lisbon we found this place that was an oasis to rest and eat. We enjoyed a beautiful midday. We recommend it!

Poor quality food. I ordered grilled squid and Portuguese stew. The squid was charred and you couldn't eat it because it was bitter from the charcoal. They were served with 1 potato! 1 potato split in two. Ridiculous. I complained and they brought other squid, but this time they were raw, without salt. The house wine was almost vinegar. We didn't eat dessert. We paid €30 (€15 per person) to go hungry. The space had no exhaust and was not ventilated. There wasn't a single window open to let in light. The smell that remains on the clothes is horrible, the grease. The chef/cook wiped his mouth with the same cloth he used to clean the counter. The kitchen was open and everything went. The bathroom was also not very clean. The staff did their best and were attentive, but the kitchen is very weak.Bad experience. I do not recommend.

Great restaurant for a pit stop! The lady attendant was courteous and polite. She explained everything that was available for takeaway.I got 2 meat pastries. One of fish and one of beef. They weren't heated but that's expected. Also got some ice cream and some coffee before the road trip back to Lisbon. It is right next to the BP gas station so I suggest getting some snacks there if you stop for gas!
