I've been to this place many times and the new management is ruining the place, more than once I go there and they don't see service, the Brazilian waitress with glasses is very incompetent and has no respect for customers because she looked twice at the table and didn't come to answer.
Another situation was that left me unable to go there due to the lack of hygiene, we ordered food and when we tried it we thought it was horrible and when we got inside to pay even though we hadn't eaten almost anything the cook was touching everything without gloves and still He put his hand in his mouth several times and went back to touching the food he was going to serve.
Be careful when going to this place, I have already made my complaint and sent it to ASAE

I asked for a "promotion" through Globo. It was two burgers for one. Unfortunately, the order only came with a hamburger, even after confirming with you whether the promotion was really valid. Anyone who asks for Glovo or Uber is asking for the comfort of not having to leave home. So I had to leave there. I went to the space, reported the situation and if I hadn't complained I would have come home with a hot hamburger, a cold hamburger and cold fries. I can't complain about the service that promptly tried to resolve the situation. But I can complain about products where the expression that best fits is "boring food". The burgers came without any flavor other than that of bland meat. The potatoes were equally bland. The food wasn't horrible. It was just bad, something that doesn't fit the standards of a space with so much potential.
