The food is alright and the place looks marvelous... but the service was shockingly untrustable. My brother order a Torrada and it fell on the floor before being served, the worker grabbed it and put it back on the plate like nothing happened. My mother noticed and asked the lady if that torrada was for our table and she said "yes", so my mother responded with, "no it's not, go make another one because that fell on the floor."The café itself looks incredible and has a heater and everything, but I will definitely not visit again.
