My first visit to this uniquely genuine Seafood restaurant was a wonderful treat. With service and plentiful portions of on this occasion comprised six different varieties chargrilled fresh Fish which kept coming and coming until you could eat no more. The recipe for this restaurant’s success is to provide local Fresh Fish, salad and boiled potatoes served with bread and not much else more than friendly service at very reasonable prices. Be sure to get there early as after 11.30am you will need to wait and queue. This restaurant is so popular it does not accept reservations so you cannot book a table. Only open lunchtimes except Monday’s. Can’t recommend this Restaurant more highly

An amazing fish (only) restaurant where you can eat as much as you want, the staff just keep bringing all kinds of fish- we had sardines, salmon and squid but there was tuna and more- until you stop eating. Very popular- especially with the Portuguese- and probably seats max. 40-50 capacity- so get there early and be prepared to wait in line. Excellent value at €17 per person for all the fish you can eat plus potatoes. Bread and salad is available too, plus wine, beer and desserts. I paid under €50 for my wife and I. Luis the proprietor is a great guy, very amusing. Probably the best fish restaurant in Armacao de Pera.

Bang for your buck is an understatement! The freshest food I had on my entire trip. Walking in you pick between the house red or white wine, and it comes out in carafes. After that nothing needs to be ordered, trays of the catch of the day come out until you can't eat anymore. Lovely sides of potatoes and tomato salad as a break between bites. Amazing staff and food all around. Only suggestion is arrive early (even before they open) because the line can get long!
