This restaurant is rated as an affordable (€) on TripAdvisor. It is, in fact, an upper price range restaurant. Pity this menu and price information is not easily available online. The people running the restaurant seem quite kind and professional. I was embarrassed but was not prepared to pay almost double for the same food in other good restaurants. This is also more expensive than most European capitals.

I spent 18 euros on squid there. The squid tasted like lemon soaked cardboard, served with a side of completely unseasoned boiled potatoes. I have no idea why this is rated as high as it is. Do not come here there are better options

You would walk past it, but don't! Great Portuguese food, fabulous quality and helpful, friendly staff. We went twice on our last trip and will be returning whenever we are in Espinho.

What a great little restaurant. Super friendly environment and tasty foods. Our only mistake was ordering 2 half orders (meia dose). We could have fed 4 people. There piri piri chile oil is the real deal. It was all so good!

The best dining experience you can find in Espinho. We had the fish stew and it was simply the best. The appetisers of olives, bread, pate and fish cutlets were also amazing. The owner gave us free liquor at the end. Excellent service and a very homely environment.
