After placing an order on the website, the pizzas arrived in the wrong size, we ordered two medium ones and they delivered two small ones to us. After communicating with the call center and arguing with them (we even measured the pizza with a ruler) they forwarded us to the manager of this establishment, Teresa Santos, and we were treated very rudely by her from the beginning of the call. We tried to argue with her that our order was wrong and she always with a raised tone of voice argued with us that the order was right, she in the end decided to send it back to us. After 30 minutes the order arrived the same and on advice from the courier (very friendly and polite) we left the pizzas with them and called the call center to cancel the order and refund our money. After the call center communicated with Teresa, they informed us that she refused to return the money and we called her again. After refusing the call multiple times, we decided to call a different number and were answered. She started to complain to us in a very loud tone, and in the end she even shouted in order to silence us. After this unacceptable event we gave up and asked for our pizzas back, which were wrong. Apparently, this is a recurring event, as an acquaintance of our group reported that she had an unpleasant experience with the same manager, Teresa Santos. My colleague went to have lunch at the restaurant and preferred to sit on the sofas there, however, the place was completely dirty and the lack of hygiene could be seen from afar. My colleague went to sit where she wanted and Teresa raised her voice with her and ordered that she couldn't sit where she wanted. After a few minutes, a young couple arrived and sat on the sofas and she rudely ordered them to sit elsewhere instead of doing their work and cleaning the tables. The couple filed a complaint in the Complaints Book and refused to eat there. This establishment is very poorly managed and I advise you not to visit this place. It is unthinkable for a manager or employee to even raise their voice with customers or refuse to return money for an order that we don't even have. We went 3 hours without eating, apart from the past humiliation.

Pizza Hut, slightly strained when called for. Food okay, but cocktail sauce has no place on a pizza. In my opinion and taste, this has no place on a kebab either. Otherwise the preparation and dosage form are great. In pan at the table. The brochures are more important than the guest and disrupt the atmosphere. If you put these away you still have the pan holder for 2 people. Otherwise American cool, Pizza Hut! As always, taste varies and is a matter of taste
I went in with friends with the intention of asking for rotation. We were greeted by a super friendly employee who suggested a promotion that we gladly took advantage of. It took a while but everything was delicious.
