We had already been here once and had a mixed barbecue and thought it was horrible. We gave the benefit of the doubt and went back and this time we ordered 3 portions of picanha. The picanha was horrible, super hard even when rare. In the vegetables, I believe they let the granulated garlic turn... a disgrace... to finish, we ordered a dessert that came with an iron on the mixer rim, adding to the poor quality of the dessert, it was the icing on the cake. We informed the gentleman, he said that he is the man in the kitchen who sees very poorly, wears glasses… the dessert was practically all left behind and he put the dessert on the bill. We didn't even say anything, we just ignored it and made a cross in this place

Message to owners. The food is excellent. But you can fire (almost) all your employees and hire only half of the staff, but competent ones. the service was a mess. It was unpleasant, noisy, distressing. I sympathize with the boss. We ate well, but unfortunately we didn't have a good time.

The first and last time I come to this restaurant, the waitress is nice, but the manager is rude first he shouted at the customer because she explained the menu to us, he does not respect the customer's privacy he asks several questions where does this come from...etc + each time they looked at us it was really disturbing + on the bill we had to pay a dozen of grilled chicken +2 drinks without a 14.25 € but they charged us 5 € more (at the beginning without nothing to ask us, he gave us 3 small breads/olives and butter, cheese as served in a hotel in a small size but we didn't ask, we thought it was a gesture from the restaurant to eat until the chicken was served) and by paying they charged us 5€ more and we were shocked I told him that he had to say or ask me if I want but not to give me an extra charge that I didn't ask for and without saying anything was able to explain when he put this bread, olives, butter.... he told us that it was good toasting and he spoke in a way as if it was free! it's a type of scam and he spoke in a very rude way, I would come back more , he thought it was smart to scam people in this way but it's the opposite in my opinion I won't come back, neither me nor my acquaintances, I'm disappointed!
