I stayed for one night at the Suave Mar hotel in which the restaurant is located, whilst walking the Camino. The hotel is ok but a long walk from Esposende. The experience turned out to be a hilarious display of unfriendly service and poorly cooked food, which is an achievement given the astonishingly fresh catch available within a km of the restaurant. Octopus can be difficult to cook well but this was by far the worst i have ever had. The service was, to put it kindly, unhelpful from the outset and when at the end was asked how the meal was I explained that it wasn’t very good but at least it was over. The waiter just said thank you and left. I strongly suggest that there must be somewhere better to eat locally. I strongly suggest you choose somewhere else to eat.

No lo he visto antes en ningún sitio de Portugal , caro o barato .El servicio lamentable, desde el primer momento con prisas, casi nos quitan los platos antes de acabar ….
