Very delicious ice cream and crêpe. They never disappoint, we are able to choose the ingredients we want to add to our crêpe or waffles. The space is cozy, if you stay outside it's possible to enjoy a nice view to the river.

Un concept sympathique permettant à chacun de confectionner son dessert au choix. Dans un premier temps vous choisissez votre base (crêpe, gaufre, pain perdu ou donut) puis vous choisissez ce que vous voulez pour mettre dessus parmi des sauces, des toppings croquants, de la glace, des fruits. Les choix et combinaisons sont nombreux et généreux. Les produits sont de qualité et la quantité est au rdv. Le tout pour un prix raisonnable et adapté à la conception de l'assiette. Nous sommes venus à 10, je craignais une prise de commande longue et compliquée en vue du concept et bien pas du tout, la serveuse a été rapide, efficace et très sympa. Nos commandes sont arrivées très vite.
Wheelchair accessibility: En rez-de-chaussée avec terrasse. L'accès intérieur sera plus compliqué en fauteuil en raison de la marche à l'entrée et de la salle exiguë mais aucun souci pour la terrasse.

Not too bad, prices are accessible but I wouldn't recommend the food that I ate to a person I like. The server was quite cold, and they didn't inform us they didn't have certain toppings and menu items (like a lot of them), until we asked for them and ended up having to reorder multiple times. The atmosphere was inviting, as it was cold outside and the coffee shop was really warm, not too noisy and it was comfortable.

I didn't know what I liked until I arrived today, there was bad service with another customer when my husband and I were entering the store, and the owner simply came to take satisfaction because my husband and I were commenting. She threw the menus on the table when we said that it wasn't with us but with other people who were on the terrace, she looked at me and left bumping, pushing, me as if I had treated her badly. Now it explains the attitude of some employees in thinking that they are doing us a favor, as in another review right here on Google, because if the owner of the establishment is like that, there isn't much to expect from the rest. Today it's summer, lots of customers and a full house, and she knows that those who do the business are the repeat customers who live in Esposende, and we were one of those. I don't recommend it to anyone anymore, the food may be good but no one deserves to be mistreated for anything. We weren't even talking to her, she got involved in an issue between a couple, with a lot of attitude and a look of disgust giving us away, and the topic wasn't even with us! I never recommend it to anyone again! And ma'am, there's no point coming to respond here because it's my right as a customer to complain, and if before, when we indicated it, you never received any satisfaction, you know that well. If you want to talk, say so and let's go there and talk with respect, now the way you did it, you are not prepared to be a business owner. I apologize but that's how I felt and my opinion! That's why I didn't even stay there, I got up and left! It wasn't just me who complained about the owner's attitude! And I have witnesses that the lady who put on a show, next time I will complain in the complaints book! About this attitude and let's not talk loudly about the lady who was arrogant and rude and got involved where she wasn't called, I have witnesses if you want to elaborate on the matter! Another time I went there to eat and not to denigrate and my husband has already advertised the establishment a lot on his social networks, the lady who came was talking loudly and full of attitude and the subject was not with us was talking to my husband and if it was to denigrate she would have I responded to you at the same time. Amazing place in Esposende, the best ice cream shop in town. The food is great, the staff is lovely, my daughter loves them. Always a warm experience to go there and eat. One of the best places I found to eat a good crepe or beautiful and tasty bowls of ice cream. The prices may seem high, but it's well worth the money, it's difficult to choose what we're going to eat. Quick and friendly service in a small but cozy place with a terrace. Very recommendable.
We ordered a coffee with milk, in a glass. They give us a cappuccino (our Portuguese isn't that bad).The waitress was quite rude.We call another and despite listening to us she turns her face away.The third time we asked for a little sugar because the coffee didn't taste like anything at all.Finally we go to look for it because they don't bring it to us.Never to return. In addition to being expensive, it is a shameful service.
