The restaurant felt great, both the food and the service were amazing, giving a big shout out to their homemade Sangria, full of flavour yet not strong on alcohol, perfect for both people that like and dislike alcohol
Local restaurant serving simple portuguese dishes. The owner is very hospitable. The prices are reasonable. We had costeletas and they were cooked to perfection. Think it's going to become our new local go to place for dinner!

Given the good reviews of this restaurant, we decided to stop here for dinner tonight. Yet, you quickly feel like you're not welcome. We were charged 5€ for a bottle of sparkling water, and a supplement for a salad, which we thought was the accompaniment to the dishes (we had not ordered it at all). Not to mention the entrees that were brought to us unsolicited. The icing on the cake: they only take "Portuguese cards". Tourists: turn around.

We were late so lost our table and had to wait outside for an hour under the sweltering summer heat on the patio but we had drinks...It was worth the wait because the food was excellent and staff were super friendly and efficient. Its a traditional restaurant with regional dishes.Definitely worth repeating!
