Food is quite good and very well prepared, however there has been a constant increase in prices... from €25 to €38 per person which doesn't justify it...

Great local and authentic family run restaurant
What an amazing little family run restaurant. A seasonal set menu of seven courses that was absolutely outstanding. Well worth the visit of the beaten tourist track.

Great traditional restaurant with typical Algarve dishes. A 7 course menu where each course is delicious and refined, served in a nice warm traditional setting in a beautiful authentic village. Ridiculously good price/quality ratio. 7 courses including wine, water, coffee/tea and digestive for 38 Euro pp. Absolutely recommended!

Sweet little homely place in an obscure part of estombar.. They do not have a menu and you eat what is made for the day . It's a 7 course meal from 5 starters of salads and fried platter and then 2 delicious mains.. Service is friendly and attentive and the decor is like visiting a grandma's home in Portugal... So very cute. Will visit again. FYI They accept only cash payments.

Very interesting 7-course menu, perfect for getting to know Portuguese cuisine. There were many delicacies, some tasted better, others took some getting used to. But taste great. Drinks included!!! Very friendly service and the price-performance ratio is very good. Unfortunately no card payment.
