Ordered a bolognaise which was terrible there was no sauce and no salt it left looked like the mince had been boiled and quite literally dog food told them i didn’t like it but still charged me which was fine, the first batch of chips that came had a hair in it sent me a new batch which the hair had clearly been taken out of and put on a plate because the chips were warm not hot. The only decent food was the sweet potato fries which was okay. I understand that they didn’t speak english but they could’ve made an effort.The customer service was not too good the chairs were dirty and the atmosphere was boring. You could tell the staff was getting annoyed about me sending my food back which was not my fault.Overall wouldn’t recommend eating here I understand it’s no Italian restaurant but bolognaise isn’t a complex dish it’s pretty straightforward. If you do decide to go here stay away from the pasta.

A small restaurant on the left hand side of the Casino Estoril. Outdoor sitting, very pleasent staff. The bifana was more delicious than the bifana stand (long line up) in Lisbon.

The gentleman who is the owner is very rude. He shouts at the employees. It seemed like he was doing us a favor by letting us have a coffee and a pastry. I do not recommend.

Just wanted to grab some quick food and some drinks, all tables were full so grabbed a stand up barrel table and went inside to order but the lady behind the counter said "no table no food" and refused to serve us although we had one of their stand up tables and had just ordered some toasts and beers, the most simple thing in the world. It blows my mind that people would refuse service and money in this economy for such a random reason. Other employees looked in disbelief at her so I think she is just "special" but will never return here and the establishment is losing money because of her.
