I placed an order via Uber Eats and it was confirmed, the restaurant has its own delivery people which does not allow tracking the location, the order went out for delivery but was canceled 1:30h later!I contacted the restaurant which did not answer 6 calls, I contacted the same restaurant in another location, only then was I able to get in touch! The attendant spoke rudely and said that the delivery man rang the doorbell and tried to get in touch, which was not done, no campaign was played and no call was received on the cell phone!Problems happen and we are all subject to this, but the rudeness and tone of voice of the attendant disagreeing and putting the customer in the wrong and not trying to resolve the situation is not acceptable!
