Paco Bigotes is known as the best Mexican restaurant in Lisbon and surrounding areas. The staff are really nice and friendly, and they provide extremely friendly service, with some waiters speaking good English. However, service can be a bit slow due to its popularity. The small restaurant can get loud but offers delicious food, including guacamole, gobenador tacos, Nachos, and Sayulita tacos. The guacamole and enchiladas are great, and the tacos de birria and vegan pastor are delicious. There are some vegetarian options and a couple of gluten-free choices, though no gluten-free dessert. Although it gets quite crowded, making it necessary to wait, guests can enjoy the bar next door. Great service and impeccable food make it worth the visit, though some diners felt the need to eat quickly to accommodate others. The treatment received from the waiters has been very good, but the tres leches cake may disappoint those who love it.
