Paco Bigotes is the best Mexican restaurant in Lisbon and surrounding areas. The staff are really nice and friendly, though service can be a bit slow due to its popularity. The small restaurant can get loud but offers delicious food, including guacamole, gobenador tacos, Nachos, and Sayulita tacos. There are some vegetarian options and a couple of gluten-free choices, though no gluten-free dessert. Great service and impeccable food make it worth the visit.
